The other night I went out into the snowstorm to shoot some portraits of a local musician by the name of Jonny Wanser. My concept for the shoot was to make him look as if he had been stranded in the woods for a while during a snowstorm. It was not difficult to get authentic images because it really was freezing cold out, and Jonny was not wearing the proper attire (though I do think the space blanket helped a little.)
